Giant Bicycle Halifax Ride Club

GBHRC is a casual riding club. Looking for some camaraderie duding your ride? Or maybe you want to take turns on the front with others. GBHRC is a riding club focused on recreation. With regular rides that meet at they Sackville St location, consider GBHRC to meet others who are just as interested in riding as you are!

City of Lakes Cycling Club

The City of Lakes CC is a community based club in Dartmouth, NS. We offer various weekly club rides catering to cyclists of all abilities. Along with a recreational focus, we also have interest in community advocacy. Our growing club is always looking for new members, and volunteers to help out.

Cyclesmith Cycling Club

Cyclesmith Cycling Club is a social club that’s welcoming to all riders that want to ride in the group environment – we will be doing a mix of road and gravel rides leaving from Halifax, all levels welcome but a base level of fitness is essential. These will be no drop and a great place for people to get together and ride. Ride bikes, have fun, feel good!

Randonneurs Nova Scotia

If you have a big engine, this may be the cycling club for you! Randonneuring is a long-distance form of cycling. Where typical club rides may be 50km to 100km in length, randonneuring events (or Brevets), can be 300km to 1,500km or longer! Riders challenge their own limits on rides that can span over a few days, and touch every part of Nova Scotia.

Rocky Lake Cycling

Rocky Lake Cycling  is a cycling club based in Bedford, Nova Scotia. We host regular club rides throughout the spring , summer and fall starting from downtown Bedford, through the Fall River & Waverley area.

Our main focus is on road riding and in particular pace-lining in group rides.  Have a road bike? Able to ride approx. 25kph for over an hour? Maybe group riding is for you!

Sweet Ride Candy Asses

Sweet Ride Candyass Group Gravel Rides:

Routes vary from week to week from mixed surface gravel/pavement rides to more adventurous gravel rides.

There is no fee to join these guided rides, Cycling Nova Scotia general membership is recommended. A base fitness and some experience on a bike will be necessary to enjoy the weekly 30-40km route.

Women on Wheels — Lunenburg Chapter

Women on Wheels is a Cycling NS Club. WoW rides are safe spaces where women can learn about cycling in their communities with a supportive group of experienced riders. The WoW Lunenburg Chapter is very active, and is a great place to meet new friends and get out and active along the many trails and popular cycling routes in one of the best places to ride in Nova Scotia!

This chapter is co-hosted by the District of the Municipality of Lunenburg. We’d like to thank DOML for their contribution to getting more residents out and active in their communities!

HUB Cycle Cycling Club

With a focus on MTB racing, HUB Cycle CC members can be found most often in Victoria Park in Truro honing their technical skills. Not averse to road riding, HUB Cycle CC will have an athlete or two in most races through Nova Scotia. HUB Cycle CC headquarters is found at 33 Inglis Pl. in Truro NS. They’d love to see you swing by!

Trail Flow Super Awesome Riding Club

This club focuses on competitive MTB riding and trail stewardship. With it’s home-base at the Gorge in Kentville NS, Trailflow Super Awesome RC members are regular competitors in MTB events throughout the province, when they aren’t hanging out and following a line over some sweet berms!

Pictou County Cycling Club

The North Shore holds some of the most striking shoreline in the province. Pictou County CC members know this all too well! With their headquarters in New Glasgow, Pictou County CC is focused on fitness. Although they roll in Pictou County, Pictou County CC members aren’t strangers to the Nova Scotia Racing Scene.

Framework Cycle and Fitness

Geared toward competition and active living, Framework Cycling Club trains extensively in Cape Breton with members leaving the island to rub shoulders in the peloton road races and MTB events. Swing by Framework headquarters on George St in Sydney NS.

Velo Cape Breton

Velo Cape Breton is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization. We serve all of Cape Breton Island and collaborate with newly formed local clubs such as Velo Chéticamp and Na Bein Trails Cycling Association in Mabou.  We offer a wide variety of rides for people of all ages and abilities, including Road Cycling Instruction Sessions and Rides for novice cyclists, Instruction on Touring by bicycle, week-end rides, short casual Evening Rides, Day and Multi-day Tours. Velo Cape Breton funds are mainly derived from membership dues and events.
