Nova Scotian Myatt takes GOLD at USA Cycling Collegiate
Mountain Bike Nationals
19-year-old Nova Scotia cyclist, Mackenzie Myatt, just scored a GOLD medal at the 2017 USA Cycling Collegiate Mountain Bike Nationals. Myatt was also a Silver medallist for Nova Scotia at the Canada Games this past summer, and a Silver medallist at the 2017 Canadian National Mountain Bike Championships. She has also travelled to Europe to compete for Team Canada.
Myatt is based out of Musquodoboit Harbour, Nova Scotia but also trains in Atlanta, Georgia where she studies writing in her 2nd year on a full athletic scholarship at the Savannah College of Art and Design. She also writes a blog about her cycling adventures at mackenziemyatt.com.
