I'm Rosalind, the new Active Transportation Coordinator at Cycling Nova Scotia! I'm excited to dive into work supporting more people in Nova Scotia get out on their bikes, for any and all purposes.  I grew up in Ottawa, but have now called Nova Scotia home for almost a decade. I'm an enthusistic mountain biker and social road rider, and also love long-distance hiking, ski touring, and playing hockey. I fill my cup by being outdoors, and supporting others get outside and have positive experiences - especially youth - sits at the centre of my priorities.  I'm a certified paddling coach, and have experience accross the non profit sector in accessible recreation work (check out Girls on Boards!), youth environmental education, and ...

Blue Route Opening in Dartmouth!

We are very excited to announce that a new section of the Blue Route Provincial Cycling Network has been opened in Dartmouth. In partnership with the Nova Scotia Department of Public Works, and the Halifax Regional Municipality, Blue Route signage was installed along the Dartmouth Harbourwalk.  The new section includes the scenic 3km of trail between the Woodside Ferry Terminal and the Alderney Ferry Terminal.
