We are very excited to announce that a new section of the Blue Route Provincial Cycling Network has been opened in Dartmouth. In partnership with the Nova Scotia Department of Public Works, and the Halifax Regional Municipality, Blue Route signage was installed along the Dartmouth Harbourwalk. The new section includes the scenic 3km of trail between the Woodside Ferry Terminal and the Alderney Ferry Terminal.
The Blue Route is a province-wide project to create a continuous 3,000km network of cycling infrastructure. By developing safe, well-connected cycling routes, the Blue Route will make it easier for Nova Scotians to get around the province by bike.
